I popped into The London Smile Studio to have years of coffee, red wine and cigarette damage wiped away with a teeth whitening session.
So how did it go?
When I turned up I was directed to a waiting room where attentive and polite staff issued me with some forms to fill in with my medical history, including any gum disease issues. After completing the forms I was then met by the Spa’s Dental Hygienist and Whitening Specialist, who talked me through the procedure I’d be going through. The first half consisted of a quick examination of my pegs, and then, when everything was as it should be, the whitening session was started.

While the treatment is taking place you can watch a DVD and enjoy a soothing, shiatsu back massage.
