Get the Perfect Summer Feet
By Carly Newnham

Summers here so it’s time to get feet sandal-ready. What better way to compliment sexy sandals than with gorgeous feet? Azbmag look at the best products to give you perfect summer feet.

Step 1
First things first get rid of old nail polish using a conditioning nail polish remover such as Cutex Nail Polish Remover With Nail Whitener (£1.99) and get rid of any hair if you have any - there is nothing less sexier than toe hair.

Step 2
On damp feet massage in Margaret Dabbs rejuvenating foot scrub (£15.00) containing ground tea-tree leaf, pumice and wonder ingredient emu oil to help repair and renew cells.

Step 3
Rinse off and soak your feet in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of Quinessence Aromatherapy Foot Ease Synergy (£3.50). Containing a cooling blend of essential oils; peppermint, benzoin and patchouli to soothe feet.

Step 4
Cut toenails whilst feet are still wet to avoid splitting the nail. Use Tweezerman Power Toenail Clipper (£5.00) to cut in a straight line avoiding ingrowing toenails.

Step 5
Pat feet dry and use a foot file or pumice stone to scrub away that dreaded hard skin at the bottom of your feet and calluses. Try Tools that Assist’s foot file (£9.95), which is larger than traditional foot, files meaning less work for you. It has two sides to one to scrub and one to polish, leaving you with super smooth feet.

Step 6
After all that scrubbing a nourishing moisturiser is needed. L’Occtaine’s Shea Butter Foot Cream (£16.00) helps say goodbye to dry feet. With it’s softening sheer butter, healing arnica clay and soothing lavender oil, you’ll have supple and soft feet.

Step 7
Summer is the perfect time to play around with colour. So brighten up your feet with Barry M nail paint (£2.95). Before applying any colour use their "all in one" Basecoat, Topcoat & Nail Hardener Nail Paint to stop any staining.

Step 8
Your feet are the perfect breeding ground for odour-producing bacteria. Use Scholl Fresh Step antiperspirant foot spray (£3.55) before you put on your sandals to keep feet feeling fresh and dry throughout the day helping to protect you against foot odour and perspiration.

Step 9
After a day in the sun or a day shopping use S.O.S Refreshing Foot Balm (£12.95) by Barefoot Botanicals to soothe tired feet with a concoction of essential oils such as jojoba to soften, daisy and witch hazel to relieve and peppermint to refresh.

Step 10
After all this work keep feet in tip top condition using Scholl Intensive Night Treatment Cream and Socks (£6.99), enriched with vitamins. Just pop on at night to keep your feet feeling smooth.
