We’re always being told how to make our diet healthier from five a day to cutting out white carbs and fat, but they seem to take the fun out of eating leaving you with a boring diet you’ll never stick to. A quick and easy way to make your diet healthier is to add oats. They’re high in fibre, low in fat and help to lower cholesterol. Best of all they fill you up!
